Varndean College commissioned N & P Interiors to carry out a combined programme of works worth £1.5m across the college site in Brighton.
Project context
The important part of this case study is the setting around the work: the building type, the client requirement, the access conditions and the level of finish expected at handover.
The project required roof-space works and additions to the existing dining building while the college remained operational.
Each phase required careful planning to minimise disruption, maintain safe student access and keep the site functioning.
