How quickly will you respond to an enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on working days. If you send photos or drawings on WhatsApp, we'll often respond the same day with initial thoughts. For larger projects requiring a site visit to properly scope, we'll confirm a visit date within 48 hours.
Do I need drawings or plans to enquire?
Not at all. Photos and a written description are enough to start the conversation. For a more accurate price, we'll need more information - but that's a conversation, not a prerequisite to getting in touch.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Initial quotes and feasibility conversations are free of charge. For detailed estimating services requested by other contractors or developers, we may charge a fee depending on the scope of the take-off required. We'll always be clear about this upfront.
What information should I include when I get in touch?
The more you give us, the better our response. Ideal information includes: your address or postcode, photos of the existing space, a rough description of what you're looking to do, your approximate timeline, and your indicative budget if known. You do not need all of these - but the more you have, the more specific we can be.
