We use Dulux Trade, Zinsser, Osmo, Schluter and Heatmiser Neo as standard specification on our projects - not low-grade alternatives.
The Team
A core management team around Bayocorp's delivery approach.
Bayocorp builds tailored teams for each project, ensuring the right expertise is applied at every stage. The wider network can include Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) certified operatives, Gas Safe registered engineers, National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) or National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers (NAPIT) registered electricians, Fenestration Self-Assessment Scheme (FENSA) or Certass approved installers, architects, surveyors, structural engineers and fire safety consultants where required.
Ade Rishman-Adebayo
Managing Director & Construction Manager
Ade has spent over two decades working across construction, drylining, refurbishment and project management. In 2020 he incorporated Bayocorp to bring that hands-on knowledge and structured project control together under one roof - combining site experience with the commercial discipline of a Quantity Surveying (QS) background.
His Quantity Surveying (QS) background is what sets Bayocorp apart. Most contractors price on instinct - Ade prices on take-offs, programme and risk. That means fewer surprises, more accurate costs, and projects that actually deliver what was promised.
