8. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and browser storage to help the site function, remember popup preferences, support forms, load embedded widgets and understand site performance.
Essential and functional storage
We use local browser storage to remember whether the newsletter popup or project discussion popup has been shown recently. This helps avoid showing the same popup too often.
Form and booking providers
Newsletter forms and enquiry forms may submit data to GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. The schedule-call page may use Calendly. These providers may process technical data needed to run the form or booking experience.
Analytics and review widgets
If analytics or tag-manager tools are active, we may track non-sensitive events such as phone clicks, WhatsApp clicks, email clicks and form submissions. We do not intentionally send personal form data to analytics events. Review widgets, such as Elfsight, may set their own cookies or tracking technologies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work properly if cookies or local storage are blocked.
9. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure. These include access controls, secure hosting, careful handling of uploaded files and using reputable software providers.
No website or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for your project.
10. Transfers outside the UK
Some technology providers may store or process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we expect appropriate safeguards to be used, such as adequacy regulations, approved contractual terms or equivalent protections required by UK data protection law.
